Yevtishenkov Igor has worked an English teacher more than 20 years. He was graduated from Military Institute of Foreign Languages in Moscow with a translation degree, and from the Open University in London with an MBA degree. Both provided him with an excellent education, which he successfully used in his practice as an interpreter and translator as well as an English teacher. His work with numerous publishing houses helped to improve the skills of translation, and cooperation with foreign companies developed oral speech. He translated the following novels — “Sniper” by Stephen Hunter, “Double Life” by Vera Cowie, “Love, Desire, Hate” by Joan Collins, “United States of America” by Isaac Asimov, “Harmful Intent” by Robin Cook and many more. Teaching the English language resulted in creation of a course for beginners “Step By Step”, the course of phrasal verbs “Brush Up On Your English”, as well as two workbooks of exercises to develop skills for the oral part of the State Exams in secondary and high school. Personal experience and communication with a large number of professionals and interesting people has reflected in his personal works, such as a historical six-volume novel “The Roman Saga”, a novel “Alien War”, a collection “School Stories” and a collection of quotes “Translate Me, If You Can”.
The extensive experience of teaching English with an emphasis on achieving the goal within a limited period of time led him, as an author, to developing a number of effective separate methods of teaching English for primary and secondary school students. Their results have been verified by hundreds of grateful students and colleagues, with whom he always sincerely shares his knowledge.
