Daminov Oskar Rafkatovich Zamestitel' direktora po vneshnim svyazyam Kirgizskogo voenno-morskogo poligona "Ulan" na ozere Issik-Kul'. Yavlyaetsya dejstvitel'nim chlenom Komissii po voenno–tekhnicheskomu sotrudnichestvu mezhdu Rossijskoj Federatsiej i Kirgizskoj Respublikoj. S 1973 po 2011 god rabotal na zavode "Fizpribori" (nine OAO TNK "Dastan") — odnom iz veduschikh predpriyatij v oblasti sozdaniya i proizvodstva morskogo vooruzheniya v Sodruzhestve Nezavisimikh Gosudarstv. Imeet ryad izobretenij po morskomu oruzhiyu. S 1995 po 2011 god zanimal dolzhnost' glavnogo inzhenera zavoda "Fizpribori". V etot zhe period aktivno sotrudnichal so spetsialistami VMS Indii. Po rezul'tatam sotrudnichestva bil podgotovlen russko-anglijskij slovar' terminov po morskomu minnomu vooruzheniyu. Nagrazhden medal'yu "Za trudovuyu doblest'" i pochetnoj gramotoj Prezidenta Kirgizskoj Respubliki.
Oscar Rafkatovitch DAMINOV O. Daminov is Deputy Director for External Relations of the Kyrgyz Navy Range “Ulan” at Issyk-Kul Lake. He is a member of the Commission on Military and Technical Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic. He worked (1973–2011) at the plant “Fizpribor” (now JSC “Dastan”), which is one of the leading companies in the development and production of naval armament in the Commonwealth of Independent States. He was Chief Engineer there since 1995 till 2011. At the same time he actively collaborated with Indian Navy experts. As the results of cooperation he compiled the Glossary of Terms and Definitions on Naval Mine Weapon. He was awarded the Medal of Honour for “Labour Valour” and the Honorary Certificate of the President of the Kyrgyz Repub-lic. He is author of a number of inventions in the field of naval weapon. |
