INTELLIGENT SEARCH Osipov G.S., Smirnov I.V., Tihomirov I.A. Method of situation-relational search and analysis of natural language texts and it application. The paper presents methods for situation-relational natural language analysis, based on communicative
grammar theory of Russian language and heterogeneous semantic networks theory. The authors mainly
focus on the usage of situation-relational analysis method for high-precision texts search in Internet/
Intranet and e-libraries creation.

semantic network. The area of investigations "Adaptive Behavior" is characterized. Biologically inspired approach
to artificial intelligence is developed in this direction. Typical examples of adaptive behavior models are
described. The main attention is paid to models of autonomous self-learning animats (model organisms).
The method of reinforcement learning that is often used at autonomous adaptation is characterized. The
original project "Animat Brain" is described. The article summarizes the experience of development of image recognition software system "PS
ANN" based on artificial neural networks (ANN). The real abilities of neural networks to solve problems
of image recognition, compression and extrapolation are highlighted. The results of experimental
researches on acceleration of parallel tasks computations are presented.

competence skills. It gives an example of using the integrated way to present the model of trainee's
competence. There is an opportunity to estimate the trainee's knowledge and basing on this estimation
to develop additional programme for further training.
